Taylor just celebrated 10 years with East Coast Lumber.  He has thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the company’s growth during that time.  In addition to serving his suppliers and his customers, he is also involved in on-boarding new team members and overseeing inventory management.  He lives in Asheboro with his wife, Lauren, and two children, Huck (11) and Nora (4).  Taylor began his career at East Coast after finishing a professional baseball career with the Florida Marlins and New York Mets, where he was fortunate enough to fulfill a lifelong dream of playing in the Major Leagues.  In his spare time, Taylor loves spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and traveling.  Even though he is a native of Mississippi, he now calls North Carolina and East Coast Lumber home.
