Mike is a lifelong North Carolinian. Following time at Pembroke State University, he returned to Randolph County to start a family with his wife Cathy. Mike and Cathy have been married for 48 wonderful years. They have been blessed with 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Mike is truly an experienced veteran in the lumber industry, as he most recently celebrated his 43th anniversary with East Coast Lumber. He enjoys golf and spending time with his family and many friends at Pinewood Country Club.

After 43 years in the industry, it is still a great pleasure to come to work every day. I cherish the long-standing relationships that I have built throughout my career and wouldn’t trade them for the world.
